Stillwell provides commercial-financing application assistance and related customer support to businesses. Stillwell does not offer consumer or personal loans through this website. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval, an offer, funding, a particular amount, rate, term, or timeline.

2. Business use and eligibility

The website and application are intended only for authorized representatives of businesses seeking commercial financing. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to provide information for the business identified in the application, and will provide accurate and complete information.

3. Application information and authorization

You authorize Stillwell to use the information you voluntarily submit to evaluate and support your commercial-financing inquiry. This may include identity, contact, business, ownership, revenue, banking, and application documents. Where applicable and only as necessary to fulfill your request, you authorize Stillwell to provide application information to service providers and commercial-financing providers involved in evaluating or fulfilling that request, subject to our Privacy Policy.

This application authorization is separate from consent to receive SMS messages. You may submit an application without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

4. No guarantee or financial advice

If you separately and voluntarily select the unchecked SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive non-promotional text messages from Stillwell Funds LLC about your specific business-funding inquiry. Messages may include application acknowledgments, qualification questions, document requests or reminders, appointment coordination, application-status updates, and customer-support responses.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction and is typically no more than 12 messages per month per active inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of submitting an application, purchasing any service, or receiving consideration for financing.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. You may also use other supported opt-out words, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed.
