Business information, including the legal business name, DBA, business address, entity type, EIN, industry, ownership, time in business, requested financing amount, revenue, and product or service information.
Application and financial information, including information contained in bank statements and other documents you choose to upload.
Identity-verification information supplied for a commercial-financing application.
Communication information, including messages, requests, preferences, support interactions, and records of SMS consent or opt-out.
Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, and cookie or analytics information.
Please do not send passwords, PINs, or complete Social Security numbers by SMS. Use only the secure application method provided on our website for sensitive application information.
2. How we use information

Verify identity, business information, and authority to submit an application.
Communicate with you about your inquiry, requested documents, appointments, application status, and customer-support needs.

We do not sell personal information. We do not buy, rent, or use third-party lists for the Stillwell SMS program.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies even when other application information may be disclosed as described above to process a request you initiated.
If you voluntarily opt in, Stillwell Funds LLC may send non-promotional messages about your specific business-funding inquiry, including application acknowledgments, qualification questions, document requests or reminders, appointment coordination, status updates, and customer-support responses.
Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 12 messages per month per active inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of submitting an application, purchasing any service, or receiving consideration for financing.
